Lilac cottage is a charming 18th. Century house nesting on the edge the Mendip Hills in a pretty village location half way between Bath & Wells. An ideal touring base to explore Bath and the beautiful Somerset countryside, just a short distance from Cheddar, Wookey Hole, Longleat, Glastonbury, Stonehenge and the coast.

We have ample parking, and two village Inns within very easy walking distance.

DIRECTIONS:

Lilac Cottage can be found on the main A37 4 miles north of Shepton Mallet, heading towards Bath. The house is just passed George Inn and on the same side of the road.
